This was such a great experience! I was originally coordinating the installment through Gretchen who was fantastic to work with. She was patient and answered all my questions in a timely fashion and even helped me figure out what color granite would look best for our project. We also had a great experience with our install team they were thorough and even came back to measure the sink a second time when they weren't confident in size. The install took only 30 minutes and they kept us updated the entire time. The end result was also fantastic as our countertops for our bathroom are beautiful! When we renovate our Kitchen I will definitely be using this team again!

Start to finish, outstanding! Granite Direct did an excellent job in educating us on the various countertop and backsplash options, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Sales was exceptional with great communications, installation was very professional; the installers are each craftsmen and highly skilled in their trade. The tolerances and accuracy of the countertops and backsplashes are mind boggling. Now having lived with our new quartz countertops and backsplash, we couldn't be happier. It's beautiful, we've received numerous compliments, and the work completed was perfect. We highly recommend Granite Direct!

Just had my countertops installed and the entire process was great! Gretchen was very helpful and explained each step in the process, i had a ton of questions and she was very patient and fantastic to work with. I was given a timeline for each step and everything was exactly as promised and they communicated throughout the process. The installers were fantastic, they really went above and beyond due to some issues with my cabinets, they did a great job. I had recently completed a bathroom remodel and unfortunately used another company and it was a very slow and frustrating process. Thanks Granite Direct for a great job and making it a pleasant experience!
