Gretchen was very helpful and explained each step in the process, i had a ton of questions and she was very patient and fantastic to work with. I was given a timeline for each step and everything was exactly as promised and they communicated throughout the process. The installers were fantastic, they really went above and beyond due to some issues with my cabinets, they did a great job. I had recently completed a bathroom remodel and unfortunately used another company and it was a very slow and frustrating process. Thanks Granite Direct for a great job and making it a pleasant experience!

Updated review - Well, ANOTHER successful project with Granite Direct. After having our kitchen counters done a year ago, we returned for quartz countertops for our two bathrooms. Once again a fantastic job by all!! Older review- We just had our quartz countertops installed and they really make the kitchen “pop”. Gretchen was wonderful in helping us pick out the materials and sink and kept us informed on the status. Travis and Nick did a fantastic install job with no mess or damage to our Z brick kitchen walls or cabinets. I highly recommend Granite Direct for countertops!!
